React & React Native Engineering for Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar & Lebanon

Enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Lebanon need something a marketplace listing can't promise: a senior engineer who already understands regional delivery. That means trilingual stakeholder communication, and the compliance and security expectations that come with banking and consulting clients here. I've delivered production React and React Native work for Riyad Bank / JEEL and McKinsey & Company, both inside KSA, as part of Eurisko Mobility's Lebanon/KSA engagement model. Underneath that sits a Beirut computer science degree from Notre Dame University, Magna Cum Laude, plus the AWS Cloud Practitioner and Solutions Architect certifications regional enterprise procurement teams typically ask for. This page covers the work, the stack behind it, and how I operate across the region.

Regional enterprise delivery

Riyad Bank / JEEL (KSA)

Four production platforms across web and mobile

  • Kids' e-banking app (React Native). I owned authentication and biometrics, and cut mobile API calls by roughly 50% with client-side caching and request de-duplication.
  • Online mortgage platform (ReactJS). I led requirements planning and set the review standards for a regulated, multi-step financial flow.
  • API management platform (ReactJS). I defined the frontend architecture for the bank's internal API tooling.
  • WaaS SDK and internal platform work. The SDK ships for iOS, Android, Flutter and Web and packages shared bank flows as a configurable library, which cut per-team setup, integration and repeated requirements explanation from roughly 8 sprints to days. I also integrated the bank's 12-package internal platform into production applications.

McKinsey & Company (KSA)

Client Management & Statistics Platform (ReactJS, Spring Boot)

  • Implemented authentication and authorization flows for an internal platform used by McKinsey's own teams.
  • Introduced a dynamic table generator that removed roughly 75% of repetitive UI code.
  • Improved load times by up to 90% with targeted caching. Test parallelization cut the CI pipeline from around 45 minutes to 15.

AI-driven decision support platform (ReactJS, FastAPI, Python, Redis, MongoDB)

  • Owned frontend development across more than 10 modules covering audio/video workflows, prompt editing, and feedback loops.
  • Designed a queue-based processing model that reduced failure rates from roughly 50% to around 10% under concurrent AI workloads.

How I work across the region

  1. 01

    Remote-first across GCC time zones

My delivery model is built around Lebanon/KSA engagements. I structure overlap hours around Saudi, UAE and Qatar working days.

  2. 02

    Trilingual stakeholder communication

I'm fluent in English, Arabic and French. Client conversations, requirements reviews and Arabic-facing UI work happen without a translator in the room. For context, demand for frontend talent in Dubai has reportedly grown around 47% year-over-year, and bilingual EN/AR developers are said to see a 15–25% rate premium in that market. Language coverage is an operational advantage in this region.

  3. 03

    Contractor-ready

I work under a client's vetting, NDA and security review process. Both the Riyad Bank and McKinsey engagements ran that way.

  4. 04

    Built for parallel teams

The WaaS SDK and the library-agnostic layer at Riyad Bank exist so multiple regional teams can move at once without stepping on each other.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work across GCC time zones?+

Yes. My delivery work with Riyad Bank and McKinsey in KSA ran on GCC business hours as part of a Lebanon/KSA engagement model. I can do the same for a direct engagement.

Do you handle Arabic RTL UI?+

I speak Arabic fluently and work in a region where Arabic-facing, RTL-aware UI is a standing requirement. Tell me what your engagement needs and we can go through the specifics.

Can you invoice as an independent contractor for a KSA, UAE, or Qatar-based company?+

Yes, I can be engaged as an independent contractor; the specific invoicing setup depends on the engagement and we can work out what's practical for both sides.

What industries have you delivered for in the region?+

Banking (Riyad Bank / JEEL) and management consulting (McKinsey & Company), both in Saudi Arabia. Those are two of the more compliance- and quality-sensitive sectors in the region.

Do you work on React Native specifically, or web only?+

Both. The Riyad Bank kids' e-banking app was React Native. The mortgage platform, the API management platform and both McKinsey engagements were ReactJS web applications.

Building something for KSA, UAE, Qatar, or Lebanon?

Short contract or longer engagement, tell me the scope and I'll give you a straight answer.
